Huawei Smartphones revenue surpass LKR 500 million in November

Huawei, Sri Lanka’s fastest growing smartphone announced that its sales in the month of November reached LKR 500 million, which is an increase of 200% compared to FY14. A series of aggressive marketing promotion campaigns and the introduction of innovative products such as the G7 Plus, Y6 and the Honor range have propelled the brand to achieve this feat.

Huawei’s sole distributor Singer Sri Lanka PLC through its distribution and reach as well as its undisputed after sales service has facilitated this growth in Sri Lanka. The quality of Huawei smartphones and the after sales service backed by the two year comprehensive warranty from Singer, has not only enabled consumers to experience and own a smartphone device but also experience a greater service true to Huawei and Singer Sri Lanka’s  customer satisfaction focus, which is core to the success.

Shunli Wang – CEO Huawei Sri Lanka said, “We have intensified our investments to the country and we remain bold and focused in order to achieve our ultimate goal. The Consumer Business Group has played a vital role in our local performance, and I wish to congratulate our team for all the hard work they have bestowed”.

From the 1st of November till the 31st of December Huawei consumers will be eligible to win an exciting fully sponsored all inclusive world tour in Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. All one has to do is purchase a Huawei branded smartphone this festive season and stand a chance to explore their favourite destination.
